Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging). Some specialized golf equipment may have different requirements (see exceptions below).
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Golf Gloves (due to personal fitting requirements)
- Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-fitted golf clubs (including left-handed and junior clubs)
- Any items not in original condition
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved, securely package your item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request email. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
