Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
  • Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments
  • All prices are shown in USD

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Golf Gloves (due to personal fitting requirements)
  • Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-fitted golf clubs (including left-handed and junior clubs)
  • Any items not in original condition

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Email Body:
    • Your full name and contact information
    • Order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: your preferred replacement item

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved, securely package your item in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates

Damaged or Defective Items
